Exclude items from purchasing restrictions

You can now identify specific items that do not need to adhere to purchasing restrictions. This means an item can be purchased from any vendor even if it's not associated with a purchasing restriction.

The new Not Subject to Purchasing Restrictions toggle on the Item Card page allows you to indicate if the item is not restricted. The toggle cannot be turned on if the item is already associated with a purchasing restriction, and items with the toggle turned on cannot be added to a purchasing restriction.
