Set Up Items

You have the option of defining the items that will not be subject to purchasing restrictions, which means you can purchase the unrestricted item from any vendor.

1. Choose the icon, enter Items, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Items page, open the item you want to update.

3. On the Item Card page, in the Replenishment FastTab, populate the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Not Subject to Purchasing Restrictions	Turn the toggle on to indicate the item is not subject to purchasing restrictions. This ensures the item can be purchased from any vendor, regardless of any purchasing restrictions. The toggle cannot be turned on if the item is already associated with a purchasing restriction. Once the toggle is turned on, it cannot be added to a purchasing restriction.
