Move Staged Kits to Production
Once a kit has been staged, you can move it to production.
You can move a single kit entry to production, or you can move multiple kit entries to production.
You can also remove a kit from production.

This function requires the Material Staging app.
Move kit entry to production
From the MDC Home screen, select Production.
Select Staging Material.
On the Material Staging screen, populate the following field:
Field Description Scan Kit No. Enter the number of the kit you want to move to production. Select Search.
If applicable, on the Kit Entries screen, filter the kit entries by production order number by populating the following field:
Field Description Search by Prod Order No. Enter the production order number on which you want to filter the kit entries. To move a single entry to production, select the Move to Prod button in the entry.

To move all of the entries with a Staged status to production, select the Move to Prod button at the bottom of the screen.
The items are moved to the bin set defined on the production order.
Remove a staged kit from production
You can remove a kit entry from production. Removing an entry from production moves the items back to the staging bin.
From the MDC Home screen, select Production.
Select Staging Material.
On the Material Staging screen, populate the following field:
Field Description Scan Kit No. Enter the number of the kit you want to remove from production. Select Search.
If applicable, on the Kit Entries screen, filter the kit entries by production order number by populating the following field:
Field Description Search by Prod Order No. Enter the production order number on which you want to filter the kit entries. Select the Remove from Prod button on the entry.
The button is only visible if the entry has been already moved to production.
The items are moved back to the staging bin set for the component in the production order.
