Set Up Item Tracked Flushing

You need to set up how the Item Tracked Flushing app will work.

This page can also be set up from the Set up Item Tracked Flushing assisted setup.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Item Tracked Flushing Setup, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Item Tracked Flushing Setup page, if applicable, set up the NICITF Maintenance Mng. (23079827) job queue.

    The job queue removes unnecessary entries from the Item Tracked Flushing Entry table. These are records pulled in during item tracked flushing prioritization but not actually used, such as expired items.

    The default is to run the job weekly.

    1. Select the Set Up Job Queue action

    2. On the Job Queue Entry Card page, select Set Status to Ready.

    3. Close the page.

  3. On the Item Tracked Flushing Setup page, populate the following field:

    Mandatory Default Package

    Turn the toggle on to require a default package when prioritizing items for automatic consumption.

    This feature requires the Warehouse License Plating app. If the app is not installed, an error message will appear with a link to download it.

    Once the Warehouse License Plating app is installed, you must assign a default package number on the Inventory Setup page. If no default package is assigned, an error will be displayed. For setup instructions, see Set Up Warehouse License Plating.
