Set Up Item Tracked Flushing Maintenance Job Queue

You can set up the NICITF Maintenance Mng. (23079827) job queue to run.

The job queue removes unnecessary entries from the Item Tracked Flushing Entry table. These are records pulled in during item tracked flushing prioritization but not actually used, such as expired items.

If you ran the Set up item tracked flushing assisted setup and turned the Create Maintenance Job Queue toggle on, then the job queue is already set up and ready to run once a week.

Add the NICITF Maintenance Mng. (23079827) job queue

If the NICITF Maintenance Mng. (23079827) job queue does not exist, then it needs to be added.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Job Queue Entries, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Job Queue Entries page, select New.

  3. On the Job Queue Entry Card page, populate the following fields:

    Field Description
    Object Type to Run Select Codeunit.
    Object ID to Run Enter 23079827.
  4. Populate the fields to determine when to run the job.

  5. Select Set Status to Ready.

Update the NICITF Maintenance Mng. (23079827) job queue

You can update when the NICITF Maintenance Mng. (23079827) job queue runs.

  1. Choose the icon, enter Job Queue Entries, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Job Queue Entries page, open NICITF Maintenance Mng. (23079827) (23079827).

  3. On the Job Queue Entry Card page, select Set On Hold.

  4. Populate the fields to determine when to run the job.

  5. Select Set Status to Ready.
